St. John and St. Thomas

We had a great time on our last big vacation before the baby comes. Something tells me we will not be vacationing like that for some time to come. We spent a week in the US Virgin Islands and it was great! The first half we were on St. John and then we went to St. Thomas for the last few days. We went with our friends Tara and Brian that live in Atlanta

Here is a picture of St. John. The beaches there were the best I have ever seen in my entire life! We didn't do too much while we were on St. John other than laying on the beach. They were just too beautiful to leave!

Once we got to St. Thomas, we rented a car and boy was that interesting. Since I am the designated driver for the next 9 months, I had to drive the car for the most part. The steering wheel is on the correct side but the drive on the wrong side of the road! That was interesting. One day we rented a sailbot and had a captain and and his assistant and we went out for the day. It was great weather and the water was priceless. He took us to a remote island where we snorkeled and just spent the day in the water. Here is a picture of us that day.

All in all, we had a great time and it was hard to come back to work!
