Happy New Year!

So as most of you know, I was able to go to San Diego over Christmas.  We had a great time while we were there but I am glad to be home to get the final baby details ready.  I am due 3 weeks from Wednesday so it is now crunch time to get everything done.  We are almost there but just need to do a few more things.  I know I should not be stressing that much since she will not even be in her room for the first 2 months or so but I just want to have everything done before she comes.  Next week I will start to pack my "hospital bag" that a few of my friends who have had babies helped me prepare (thanks to Amy, Christy, and Sara).

I did get a Flip for Christmas and Ben and I went to Costco yesterday to buy a new camera so now we have all the essentials for documenting every single thing this baby does!  We went to get another ultrasound today to check her size and they can be off by a pound either way but as of today, they think she weighs 6lbs. 14oz. I know they can grow up to 1/2-1 pound per week from here on out.  My mom is hoping that she is late as she is not planning to get here until the 25th!  God only knows!

Last week when we were in SD my sister took some pregnancy pictures of us.  Here are a few of them.  You can really see how big I have gotten just in the last few weeks!

35 Weeks and 2 days!

Ok, I  have been asked multiple times to post a belly pic and have been putting it off but I have finally gotten around to it and here you go!

We are hoping to make it to San Diego on Monday for Christmas but it all depends on my Dr. appt on Monday. If I am less than 3cm. dilated then I get the green light!  So please say a few prayers that I get to home and spend Christmas with the family.

We still have some Christmas shopping to get done before we go as well and we are celebrating Channakuh with Ben's parents on Sunday so that should be fun.

Nursery update

Ok I promise that pictures will be coming soon!

We did get the furniture and I have been busy washing sheets and getting things set up where I need them.  However, once we got everything in the room, we realized how we thought we would have the furniture will not work due to the size of the room.  So we need to do a little re-arranging.  Since I can't move anything heavy we have to wait for Ben to have a friend over so we can do some re-arranging.  Once we get that done, I just need to decide on some wall art and get the window treatments and then we will be all set! 

Today marks the 6 week countdown.  I am feeling pretty good but getting a little anxious as well.  I can't believe how fast the times has gone by.  I have been busy consulting my friends that have had babies so that I can compile my list of what I need to bring to the hospital.  A special thanks to Sara, Amy, and Christy for their help with that list.  I swear we should publish that list somewhere for all the moms to be!

I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather.  I have been able to start using my sweaters and Uggs and gloves and scarves!  I love it.
