I can't believe my little baby girl is three years old. We tend to wait for check ups until Avery turns the next year so that we can do them together so Kennedy gets her check ups about 2 months late... better late than never! This year neither of them needed shots other than a heel prick to check for iron. As soon as Avery heard that would happen, you would have thought that she broke every bone in her body. She was crying and shaking and scared out of her mind. We kept telling her to be brave for her little sister and with that, Kennedy pulled her sock off and stuck her foot out and didn't make a peep when they pricked her heel. Way to show her who is tough little sis! You sure are a brave rockstar! After that Avery wised up and had it done and didn't cry either, although I think she was a little embarrased at how crazy she went! Off we went to get suckers. We are sure blessed to have very easy well checks with two happy, healthy, and thriving little girls!
