Kennedy 26 weeks

Well we are officially at the half a year mark - 6 months!  We have her 6 month check up next week so I will report her stats then.  Her one tooth has officially come in and boy is it sharp!  She is loving her food and I am giving her just about anything that she wants to try these days.  Puffs are her newest adventure and she has a bit of trouble getting them in her mouth but with a little work, her fine motor skills will improve! She gets up on all fours and rocks a bit so before long crawling will begin!  She loves her new swing although Aves doesn't like to share too much.  That is a work in progress.  She continues to be the smiliest baby ever and just melts my heart.  She is waking up a bit more at night but goes back down pretty easy.  She still won't take a pacifier and if she would, she could self sooth herself but for now, I am gettin up about once a night, about half the week.  What can you do!  This too shall pass.  She has gotten in a pretty good routine of taking 2 naps now, one really long morning nap and one shorter afternoon nap. She is getting better at sitting, eating, rocking on her knees, and playing with her toys.  She is such a blessing!
