We are officially in Fall.... and boy is it still hot here! I think this is the warmest time of year and our SDGE bill proves it!  We decided to do our first garage sale with the Rings...so we spent some time gearing up and getting things ready.  The girls were ecstatic to have a lemonade and bake sale as well although their attention span isn't much so they kept ditching their post and going to play.  The garage sale was a success and we all had a good time and made a few hundred bucks.

During the garage sale the little ones decided that they wanted to make up... well the pics tell how well that went but we told them that they looked beautiful!

We had some fun with the Hamric kids gearing up for Halloween.  Miss Amy got some fun things to decorate and the kids had fun tapping into their creative side.

Avery is LOVING school and doing so well.  We are so happy with the decision to send her there. She is thriving and we are so blessed to have here there. Abagee was able to come in and read a story with her class and Avery loved having her there!

Matt and Emma came to town and we went to Sea World for their Spooktacular event.  The kids did some art projects, got their face painted... although Kennedy's choice of painting was interesting to say the least! The kids had a great day dressed up in their costumes until it got too hot.   

Ben, Nana, Papa and I played tourist for the day and had a great time on segways.  We live in a great city and don't take advantage of it too often.

With October in full swing we visited a few pumpkin patches.  We had a play date with some friends after school one day and the girls had a blast!

Nicole came in town for the weekend to surprise Amy for her birthday so we went out and did some paddleboarding... I did much better this time than the last time in Cabo when I was 7 months pregnant with Kennedy!

Soccer is now a twice a week staple in our house... practice Tuesday's and games Saturday.  Kennedy and Addy have each other to play with while we are there and we always have to bring plenty of snacks for those kids!  Avery is loving soccer but she has QUITE a bit to learn to be honest.  I think she would rather be hanging with Kaylyn than be on the field.  At least they are having fun!

Now that Avery has started school, Kennedy has quite a bit of time to herself.  She is quite the different child when alone and comes up with some pretty creative ways of entertaining herself. 

Avery and I went to see Grace play volleyball.  Crazy that I met that awesome kid when she was still in her moms tummy!

Avery and I went to Orange County for Gwen's party.  It was a fashion diva party and she had a great time... and the drive up was painless!

We visited another pumpkin patch with the Hamric's.  We love those boys.

Avery had her first field trip.. and I went and met them there!  It was adorable!

We also had a great family vacation in Newport.  It was a great time and wonderful to get away for a week.   We spent some time in Catalina, Balboa Island, and just hanging around the beach and pool! Oh how I live for vacations!!!

We came back the day of Halloween so that the kids could go trick or treating around the house.  Kennedy wanted to be the same thing that she was last year and Avery wanted to be the new Cinderella.  It took us some time for her to earn that since she had to let us change her gross infected ears but after multiple melt downs and tears, we got them out and cleaned.  Thanks goodness!  We had a great Halloween and the girls sure do have this candy thing down!
