Kennedy 32 Weeks

We had a nice week last week with the 4th of July holiday and all.  Abagee and Papa came out to visit and we had a nice holiday here at the house with the whole family.

We also had a chance to meet one of my best friends little girl Ruby.. FINALLY!!!

It sure is nice having everyone here.  Kennedy is quite the mover and the shaker these days.  She is crawling all over the place and loves to try to stand up as much as she can.  She can pull herself up and side step all around the couch.  She open mouths the couch so there are circular spots all over the couch from her spit… She can actually back into things and knows when and how to sit and stand in order to get what she wants or where she wants to go.

The first days of the week were great and she was on a great schedule and then she started sleeping a little later and rather than eat at 5 or so, she would sleep till 530 or 6, and then eat and be awake.. Needless to say I do not like being awake that early.  I prefer the 5am feeding and then having her sleep till 7 or 730. We will get her back on track:)

Every day with her is a new adventure as she discovers new things around the house and outside.  She likes to stare at things and is quite the rubber neck.  Any sound that she hears she has to stop and see exactly what it is.  We call her thumper because her right leg is always moving and kicking!  She is still my snuggly little buggly!

Lastly, we celebrated my birthday this past weekend by all of us staying the night at the RB Inn.  That is where we stayed when we got married and we have really come full circle since staying there almost 7 years ago.  We spent the day swimming and hanging out at the pool and then tried to do dinner only to have a very fussy 3 year old who had no nap have a complete melt down and needless to say, they were both asleep by 8pm.. all in the same room.  So that meant that Ben and I had to be super quite and go to sleep shortly after.  K woke up once and I am pretty sure that she would have put herself back to sleep, I really couldn't let her fuss and cry and wake the next room up or Avery for that matter.  It was a fun night but not one that I will want to do until K is a bit older.  It was an experience to say the least and a birthday I will remember . The second night we stayed alone up there and had a nice relaxing night...
